On performance days:

The Box Office counter will be open from one hour before until 15 minutes after the start of a performance.

Online bookings will be available until one hour before the start of a performance.

   TICKETS

The Concessionary Ticket (where available) applies to children aged 2-16 (unless otherwise stated), full-time students, people aged 60+ and people registered disabled.

The Family Ticket (where available) applies to a group of 4 with a minimum of 2 children (unless otherwise stated).

Children under 2 may sit on a parent's lap free of charge (unless otherwise stated).

A handling fee may be included in the price of some tickets.

In the event a show sells-out a waiting list may be available for ticket returns.  Contact Theatre Enquiries  01952 382370 to be added to a waiting list.

ACCESSIBILITY

  Access

Disabled parking and access via a ramp to the Theatre main entrance is available. There is a lift for wheelchair users for access to the main auditorium. If you have any special requirements please contact Theatre Enquiries 01952 382370.

The Place provides an Adult Essential Companion Scheme for patrons who need somebody to assist them in accessing our services/facilities.  Details and an application form are available here.

Please note that pushchairs and carry-seats cannot be accommodated in the auditorium.  Children and babies must be transferred to seats or parents' laps.  Stewards will then store pushchairs and carry-seats until they are required at the interval or end of show.  If you have special requirements and need to keep a pushchair with you during a performance, please inform Theatre Enquiries.

  Hearing Impairment

For patrons who have hearing impairments the theatre has an infra-red system available. A refundable £10 deposit is requested when using the headsets. Please advise prior to performance if you have any special requirements.  Details regarding signed performances can be found on each show listing on our website.

  Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome.

REFRESHMENTS

Pre-show and interval drinks are available at the Theatre bar. Don’t forget to order interval drinks in advance on the slips provided. The Place bar also has a selection of crisps, sweets and ice creams.

The bar closes 5 minutes before the start of a performance.

We have ample free parking adjacent to the Theatre.
